Home Indochine D'Angkor Hotel was truly a wonderful retreat that made me feel right at home. The friendly staff and beautiful setting really stood out, especially the stunning pool and delicious restaurant offerings. However, I did experience a little noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit of a downside for a light sleeper like me.

My stay at Home Indochine D'Angkor Hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient and the staff displayed a good level of hospitality, the overall room conditions left much to be desired. The atmosphere felt gloomy due to poor lighting, and there were issues with cleanliness in the restaurant area. Overall, it wasn't the best experience for the price. 🏨😕

Rooms
6.0
The room had a dated look with inadequate lighting, making it feel dreary. Although the four-poster bed was aesthetically pleasing, the overall comfort was overshadowed by the condition of the room.
Service

The staff were friendly and attempted to assist with issues, but the service could have been more proactive in resolving problems promptly.
Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet district, making it a nice retreat. However, it's a longer walk to restaurants and shops, which may not suit everyone.
Dining

While there are several facilities available, the cleanliness and upkeep of certain areas like the restaurant could use improvement.

I found my stay at Home Indochine D'Angkor a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was fantastic, being just a short ride to the city center. However, my room had some issues, like outdated decor and a temperamental shower. While it was clean and spacious, the noise levels from outside were bothersome at times.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious, featuring a unique bathroom layout, but were lacking in charm and had some maintenance issues. My room lacked proper lighting, and the bed was quite hard. Additionally, the air conditioning was very loud.
Service
7.0
The service I received from check-in to check-out was consistently warm and helpful. The staff spoke decent English, which made communication easier. However, I had to ask for towels daily since they forgot to replace the old ones.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Siem Reap. It was quiet, yet close to the center and many restaurants. I could easily walk to the markets within 10 minutes.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the hotel was just okay. I found the food to be quite average and not as appealing as I had hoped. Breakfast options were limited, and I’d recommend venturing out for better meals nearby.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic but functional. The swimming pool was nice, though the pool area could use some maintenance. I appreciated the saltwater pool, but some seating looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

My stay at Home Indochine D'Angkor Hotel was a mixed bag. I appreciated the quiet location and clean facilities, but there were several issues that detracted from the experience. The service was generally friendly, but the food and maintenance could use improvement. Overall, it's a decent budget option, but with some room for enhancements. 🌿

Rooms

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, but the facilities were somewhat tired with some visible wear. The broken balcony door was a concern, and the small safe wasn’t practical for valuables.

Location

I loved the hotel's location in a quiet district while still being close enough to central markets and Pub Street for easy access to local attractions.

Unfortunately, the food at the restaurant didn’t meet expectations. Most dishes were lacking in quality, and I'd recommend exploring nearby dining options instead.
Facilities

The hotel has a lovely saltwater pool area and various convenient facilities like laundry and airport shuttle, but the pool area required some maintenance to improve the guest experience.
